Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a positive, proactive Emirati Graduate Architect to support bid coordination, proposal development, and design documentation for landmark projects in the region.

You will work closely with senior leaders on proposals and client engagement, gaining exposure to strategy, governance, and market insights that influence project delivery and winning opportunities.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati passport holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related design discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Interest in architecture, strategic thinking, and proposal writing.
• Familiarity with bid/proposal development processes is an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and document formatting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop high-quality, winning proposals for major architecture and consultancy projects across the region.
• Assist in developing and implementing business strategies, including tracking and reporting on market segment targets.
• Support the preparation of technical content, project sheets, CVs, and experience documents for proposals, EOIs, and capability statements.
• Help ensure all submissions comply with governance, branding, and quality standards.
• Participate in internal planning meetings, design reviews, and proposal strategy sessions.
• Contribute to seamless collaboration between architecture, commercial, and business development teams.
• Conduct basic research and market analysis on competitors, trends, and industry developments to support informed proposal development.
• Assist in organizing or attending industry events, conferences, and client meetings, when applicable.
