Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Dubai is seeking a Graduate Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. You will support senior professionals in transactions, market research, and analytical support for investment decisions across the MENA region.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with strong finance/real estate analytics, advanced Excel, Argus familiarity, and English communication skills. On-site role with a clear development path toward Associate and senior investment positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Recent graduates (within last 2 years) encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic performance with quantitative aptitude.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data manipulation.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create professional presentations.
• Familiarity with financial analysis concepts including NPV, IRR, cap rates, and debt structuring.
• Knowledge of Argus or similar real estate modeling software is advantageous.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Critical thinking and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency advantageous.
• Highly motivated, team player, able to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Market research and analysis across MENA real estate sectors.
• Build and maintain financial models for property investments and portfolios.
• Prepare investment memos, offering documents, and pitch materials.
• Coordinate due diligence and deal execution from origination to closing.
• Prepare client presentations and investor reports.
