JLL in Dubai is launching a Graduate Analyst – Office Building Services UAE National to begin a career in commercial real estate. You will work alongside seasoned professionals to support the operational and financial management of premium office properties.

As part of the graduate programme, you will gain hands-on experience in facilities management, client relations, budgeting and reporting, while contributing to the delivery of world-class services to our clients in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of office buildings and assist with tenant requests and building inspections.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for assigned properties.
• Maintain property databases, compile operational data, and generate regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with building management, service providers, and contractors on projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and JLL quality protocols.

About the Role

JLL is seeking a motivated Graduate Analyst to join our Office Building Services team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to launch your career in commercial real estate, working alongside experienced professionals to deliver exceptional property management and client service across our premium office portfolio.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will support the operational and financial management of office buildings, gaining hands‑on experience in facilities management, client relations, financial analysis, and building operations while contributing to the delivery of world‑class services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

Support the building management team in day‑to‑day operations of office buildings, including monitoring service delivery standards, coordinating with service providers, and assisting with tenant requests and building inspections. Participate in regular site visits to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards and help identify areas for operational improvement.

Financial Analysis

Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for assigned properties. Analyze operating costs, service charge reconciliations, and vendor invoicing to support accurate financial management. Prepare monthly management reports highlighting key performance indicators, variances, and cost‑saving opportunities.

Client Service

Support client relationship management by responding to inquiries, preparing presentation materials, and attending client meetings. Help maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing service issues promptly and professionally while ensuring exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.

Data Management and Reporting

Maintain property databases, compile operational data, and generate regular performance reports. Support the team in tracking key metrics including occupancy rates, maintenance requests, energy consumption, and tenant satisfaction scores to inform strategic decision‑making.

Project Coordination

Assist with building improvement projects, refurbishment initiatives, and tenant fit‑out coordination. Support project documentation, contractor liaison, and progress monitoring to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Compliance and Documentation

Help ensure building operations comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and JLL quality protocols. Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance logs, inspection records, and compliance certificates.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation) are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
