Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. in Dubai is seeking UAE nationals for the UAE National Graduate Analyst Programme.

This 24-month, full-time role offers structured rotations across service lines, mentorship from senior leaders, and formal learning pathways to build real estate expertise. Successful graduates will work on live client engagements, develop core competencies in financial analysis and data modeling, and plan their professional development with guidance from mentors and a global learning

Responsibilities

• Rotate Across Business Functions: gain exposure to different service lines within JLL, including Markets & Research, Valuation & Advisory, Corporate Solutions, Property & Asset Management, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, and more.
• Work on Real Projects: contribute to live client engagements and initiatives from day one across UAE real estate markets.
• Develop Core Competencies: build skills in financial analysis, data modeling, client communication, and project coordination.
• Receive Mentorship & Coaching: benefit from guidance and feedback from senior leaders.
• Participate in Structured Learning: engage in formal training and pursue professional certifications.

What You'll Experience

During this structure you will:

Rotations are designed to build broad industry knowledge and help you identify your area of interest and strength.

Work on Real Projects: Contribute to live client engagements and business-critical initiatives from day one. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on projects that impact the UAE's real estate landscape, from market analysis and property valuations to development projects and investment transactions.

Develop Core Competencies: Build essential skills in financial analysis, data modeling, client communication, presentation development, project coordination, and strategic thinking. Learn to use industry-standard software and tools while developing professional business acumen.
