Job summary

A leading global technology and engineering firm is seeking a Government Relations Typist for a temporary role in Abu Dhabi. The candidate should have a degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in typist or document processing within UAE's government relations teams. Proficiency in Arabic and English, familiarity with official documentation processes, and experience with government portals is essential. This role offers a dynamic environment where organization and proactive communication skills are key.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a typist or document processing role within PRO or Government Relations teams in UAE.
  • Experience in preparing official documents in both Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with government documentation processes, including pension registration and cancellation.
  • Experience in processing requests in UAE government portals such as MOHRE, GDRFA/ICA, Tasheel, ADPF, GPSSA.

Skills

High typing proficiency in Arabic and English
Strong written communication skills in both languages
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle multiple documentation tasks under tight deadlines
Highly organized and proactive
