Job summary

Dubai Holding invites applications for the role of Manager – Governance and Compliance within the Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The role requires coordinating governance, risk, and compliance across the organization’s portfolio and maintaining strong company secretarial support.

You will help maintain robust governance frameworks, ensure regulatory alignment, and support senior stakeholders with timely governance insights and action items.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Ability to identify issues and support mitigation actions.
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance: review and update governance documents to align with best practices.
• Coordinate governance processes across the portfolio to deliver items on time.
• Develop and maintain the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Manual.
• Identify gaps in governance, risk, and compliance and propose improvements.
• Create a consolidated portfolio snapshot with governance bodies and overviews.
• Ensure investment overviews are accurate for informed decisions.
• Maintain governance trackers and up-to-date records.
• Support monitoring and reporting of governance body performance.
