Google Strategist About Us Ad Lab is a performance-focused Google Ads agency helping eCommerce brands scale profitably. We’re known for running highly optimized Shopping and Performance Max campaigns and were growing fast.

As we expand, we’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s more than just a media buyer. You’ll work across Meta Ads, Google Ads, GMC setups, and even jump into Taboola, tracking, and basic Ops tasks if needed. We’re looking for a team player ready to get stuck in, solve problems proactively, and drive real results.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage and scale Meta & Google Ads accounts (PMAX, Search, Retargeting, Advantage+).
  • Build and optimize conversion tracking and pixel setups (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
  • Launch new client accounts, assist with GMC approvals and campaign setups.
  • Handle weekly reporting, performance updates, and strategic planning.
  • Be responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented especially on weekends when needed.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 13 years experience in Meta and Google Ads (eCommerce focus).
  • Strong copywriting / ad creative insight (can audit and suggest improvements).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong work ethic you’re responsive, independent, and proactive.
  • Able to work weekends and align with agency performance goals.
  • Tech-savvy you’re comfortable in Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Hubstaff, etc.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Taboola & YouTube Ads.
  • Familiar with GMC troubleshooting and Merchant Center compliance.
  • Experience with Trustpilot, Klaviyo, or Shopify backend.
  • You’ve worked in a high-performance agency environment before.
