Job summary

Walking Tree in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a Senior Backend Networking Engineer to join onsite. You will leverage Go and distributed microservices, plus hands-on networking with OSPF, IPsec VPN, VTI and SNMP Traps.

You should have 5+ years of experience, strong Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and cloud-native application skills, and a solid background in backend performance optimization and secure API design (REST, gRPC, OAuth2, JWT, mTLS). Immediate joining preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend networking experience.

Hiring: Senior Backend Networking Engineer | Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

We're looking for a Senior Backend Networking Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi (Onsite).

• Strong expertise in Go (Golang) & distributed microservices
• Hands-on experience with OSPF, IPsec VPN, VTI, SNMP Traps
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Linux & Cloud-Native Applications
• Knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, OAuth2, JWT & mTLS
• Strong background in backend performance optimization & networking

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)

Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred
