Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years in TPI, Inspection, Testing, or Oil & Gas services.
• Proven experience in business development and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic plans for inspection markets.
• Oversee operations ensuring quality assurance and client satisfaction.
• Lead and coach department heads and foster a performance-driven culture.
