Titan Wealth International is seeking an experienced Wealth Planning Director to lead sophisticated financial planning for high‑net‑worth clients from our Dubai Global Wealth Division. You will oversee investments, retirement, estate and tax‑efficient strategies while mentoring junior advisers and shaping our advice proposition.

Qualifications

• Chartered Financial Planner status or CISI Level 6 qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum five years' experience advising high-net-worth clients.
• Significant experience within Private Wealth or Financial Adviser environments.
• Strong technical knowledge across financial planning disciplines.
• Commitment to coaching, mentoring and developing others.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic financial planning across investments, retirement, protection and tax planning.
• Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth and complex clients.
• Create and implement tailored financial plans aligned to clients' objectives.
• Conduct regular client reviews and maintain planning documentation.
• Monitor client portfolios for ongoing suitability.
• Collaborate with providers and strategic partners.
• Ensure all files comply with regulatory standards.
• Mentor Wealth Planners and Senior Wealth Planners.
• Serve as a technical reference point for complex cases.
• Help drive continuous improvement of advice quality and client experience.
