Job summary

Manpower Middle East in Dubai seeks a Supply Network Planner to join the Regional Demand & Supply team. You will serve as the primary contact for in-market supply chain teams and upstream stakeholders, ensuring seamless Order-to-Invoice (OTI) execution and uninterrupted product supply across markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain planning, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience with planning systems.

Qualifications

• Own the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process for assigned markets.
• Lead supply network planning activities including inventory monitoring, demand coverage, allocation management and stock-out risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and logistics partners for availability and on-time delivery.
• Manage replenishment requirements and maintain service levels and continuity across markets.
• Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters across markets and locations.
• Drive OTIF, inventory health, stock-outs, customer satisfaction, and compliance metrics.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OTI process for assigned markets, ensuring timely fulfillment and invoice creation.
• Lead inventory monitoring, demand coverage, allocations, and stock-out risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, DCs, and logistics partners to ensure availability and on-time delivery.
• Manage replenishment requirements and maintain service levels across markets.
• Maintain master data and planning parameters across markets and locations.
• Drive OTIF, inventory health, stock-outs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with Planning, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize processes.
