This Global SC Manager will be the single point leadership contact for all supply chain activities for Global Marine and Energy (GME) and Thermal Management business and will exercise this accountability through close coordination with the PU supply chains and Procurement. The role will provide focused functional partnering; lead delivering of end‑to‑end integrated value chain support and enable growth for both GME and TM business. This role will be part of GME LT and will report to TM Business leader for that.

Global SC Manager - Marine, Energy and Thermal business
In this role You will :
GME
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of the supply chain strategy for GME and ensure supply chain strategies / capabilities are enabling delivery of GME business strategies.
  • Lead delivery of supply chain competitiveness in GME through deployment of new products, alternative formulations, PCC initiatives, competitive sourcing options including make vs buy decisions and streamline approvals.
  • Lead supply chain in key GME cross functional projects involving commercial team, marketing and technology.
  • Lead setting up of the new demand planning team and business processes and implementing a robust S&OP process.
  • Support and influence the GME products and services offer and shape the supply chain delivery offer to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Be the supply chain interface for ITR & Controls for compliance and any process changes.
TMF
  • Lead the design and development of the supply chain model with future ready capacity and capability to support the Thermal Management Fluid business.
  • Engage and fully influence the supply chain leadership team in implementing the supply chain sourcing strategy including localization, capacity investment and make vs buy decision making.
  • Effectively engage with business, technology and supply chain teams to set up the right processes, build the right capability and develop the winning work culture to grow the business across markets globally.
What You will need to be successful :
  • 15 years of professional experience
  • Higher level degree: Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Strong supply chain experience with proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders – both in and outside of supply chain. Commercial experience in customer‑facing role will be an added advantage.
  • An end‑to‑end understanding of Supply Chain processes and capability will be important to make this role a success.
  • High collaboration and strong influencing skills with ability to work with global stakeholders

You will be an important member of both GME and Thermal Management Leadership Teams. For Thermal Management business, you will report to TM business leader.

You will be part of IGME Supply Chain and you will work very closely with PU and Global SC teams.

Across these teams, the role will work cross‑functionally with marketing, technology, planning, procurement, SC, finance and sales teams.
