A leading energy company is seeking a Global SC Manager for their Marine and Thermal Management business. The role requires at least 15 years of supply chain experience and a Master's degree. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of supply chain strategies and work closely with cross-functional teams. This position offers a hybrid working model and requires a strong ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders. Travel may be required but is negotiable.

This Global SC Manager will be the single point leadership contact for all supply chain activities for Global Marine and Energy (GME) and Thermal Management business and will exercise this accountability through close coordination with the PU supply chains and Procurement. The role will provide focused functional partnering; lead delivering of end‑to‑end integrated value chain support and enable growth for both GME and TM business. This role will be part of GME LT and will report to TM Business leader for that.

You will be an important member of both GME and Thermal Management Leadership Teams. For Thermal Management business, you will report to TM business leader.
You will be part of IGME Supply Chain and you will work very closely with PU and Global SC teams.
Across these teams, the role will work cross‑functionally with marketing, technology, planning, procurement, SC, finance and sales teams.
