Job summary

Edenred Italia S.r.l. is seeking a Risk Officer to lead the organization's risk management efforts across operational, financial, compliance, and technology domains.

You will act as a second line of defense, ensuring timely identification, monitoring, and mitigation of risks in collaboration with compliance teams and senior leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Risk Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of ADGM/FSRA or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in risk management for regulated entities; knowledge of ADGM/FSRA or CBUAE is required.
• Professional credentials such as FRM/PRM/CRISC or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the risk assessment process to ensure key processes are covered and deficiencies identified.
• Produce Feasibility Studies, Risk Reports, MI packs, and GRC software reports.
• Share risk information internally and externally to enable proactive risk management.
• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework, Risk Appetite, and KRIs.
• Own and update risk policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Maintain the Risk Register across various risk domains, including third-party risks.
• Provide risk reporting to senior management, the Board, and relevant committees.
• Assess risks related to new products, digital assets, technology infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Oversee outsourcing and third-party risk management, due diligence, and monitoring.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and control improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Compliance and MLRO to align risk management with regulatory obligations.
• Support regulatory discussions and ensure risk documentation is regulator-ready.
