Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in research, strategy, insights, management consulting, investment analysis or related field.
• Strong research, analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Experience producing insights for senior leadership.
• Knowledge of economic, market and sector analysis.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Strong business judgement and entrepreneurial approach.
• Interest in sustainability, innovation and global development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, sector and competitor research.
• Produce clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support development and delivery of corporate strategy and annual business plans.
• Identify and assess potential strategic partnerships.
• Track global sustainability, economic and industry developments.
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefings for senior stakeholders.
• Support high-profile strategic projects and initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small research team.
