Job summary

Smart Bricks is an applied AI lab for real estate. You will turn fragmented, local data into infrastructure AI agents can reason over, building pipelines that ingest real estate data globally and normalising diverse datasets across countries.

You will develop entity-resolution systems and data quality controls, creating structured intelligence layers for AI agents and facilitating access to licensed, public, and proprietary datasets.

Qualifications

• Strong data engineering fundamentals
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with large-scale ETL/ELT systems
• Understanding of data modelling and entity resolution
• Experience working with messy real-world datasets
• High standards for data quality and provenance

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines ingesting real estate data globally
• Normalise transactions, properties, leases, ownership and market datasets
• Develop entity-resolution systems
• Create structured intelligence layers for AI agents
• Build data quality and provenance systems
• Integrate licensed, public and proprietary datasets
• Work on Market Intelligence, country by country
• Make previously unusable real estate information machine-readable
