A leading pipeline inspection service provider in Sharjah is seeking a Production Manager to lead and manage key production teams. The ideal candidate must have over 7 years of experience in the pipeline industry, including managing production and logistics operations. Responsibilities include managing the TM/Production Department, developing strategies, and ensuring quality deliverables. Candidates must be fluent in English and have international exposure.

Qualifications

• Over 7 years of experience in pipeline environment with projects covering Pipeline Inspection, Integrity, Pigging, Cleaning, Freezing, Hydro-testing.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and oral.
• Experience in managing a large, motivated team.

Responsibilities

• Manage TM/Production Department and support staff in Logistics Centers.
• Develop corporate strategies for TM/Production Department.
• Control quality of tool preparation project deliverables.
