Job summary

STARTRADER is seeking a Multimedia Designer in Dubai to create compelling static and motion visuals for digital campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You will craft eye‑catching graphics, motion sequences, and 3D elements, aligning with brand guidelines and performance metrics.

The role collaborates with marketing and product teams in a fast‑growing global trading brand. The ideal candidate holds a design degree with 3+ years of ad creative experience, proficient in Photoshop,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience creating ad creatives for digital platforms.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Suite.
• Able to produce both static and motion ad creatives for Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels.
• Comfortable creating short-form videos, motion graphics, and multiple ad variations for testing.
• Solid understanding of layout, color, typography, and performance-driven design.
• Familiar with CTR, CVR, and able to optimize creatives based on performance.
• Fast, organized, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Good English communication and able to work effectively with marketing and cross-regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Visual Content: Create eye-catching static graphics, banners, campaign visuals, landing page assets, emails, and digital ads.
• Animation & Motion Graphics: Develop animatics, motion graphics, explainer videos, animated banners, and short-form animations for digital campaigns.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro with transitions and overlays.
• 3D Design: Create basic to intermediate 3D assets using Blender or equivalent; model, texture, render simple objects.
• Collaboration & Brand Development: Work with marketing, product, and social media teams; maintain brand guidelines and manage multiple projects.
