Job summary

NTU International A/S in the United Arab Emirates is building its Transport Experts Talent Pool for the Global Gateway Transport and Urban Facility 2 project. We seek experienced professionals to support transport and mobility initiatives across regions, including prefeasibility, design and investment planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Experience in international technical assistance and donor-funded projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with EU transport policies, Global Gateway and European Green Deal is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, preparation, appraisal and implementation of transport projects.
• Conduct prefeasibility/feasibility studies, economic and financial analyses, sector studies.
• Assist authorities in planning, design, regulation and sector reform programmes.
• Support development of investment pipelines aligned with Global Gateway priorities.
• Advise on sustainable, low-carbon, smart, safe and inclusive transport solutions.
• Coordinate with EU Delegations, IFIs, authorities and private sector stakeholders.
