Qualifications

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to take on responsibility and manage own projects.
• Graduation date from June 2027 to August 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in understanding client objectives, market priorities and risk management needs.
• Assist with preparing client materials, market updates, trade ideas and product presentations.
• Support senior colleagues with research, evaluation and preparatory work.
• Monitor market developments and client activity to help identify relevant opportunities.
• Work with trading, structuring, research and other internal teams to deliver solutions for clients.
• Support senior colleagues with research, analysis and preparation for client meetings.
• Contribute to projects that improve how the Sales team supports clients and manages day-to-day activity.
• Develop knowledge of products across asset classes and how they are used by corporate and institutional clients.

• Participate in hands-on experience, relevant skills training and networking.
