Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international maritime shipments and logistics operations.
• Communicate effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, agents, and internal teams.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze logistics data using MS Excel.
• Monitor inventory levels and support inventory planning and control.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation.
• Support cost tracking and ensure logistics activities remain within budget.
• Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
