Job summary

A leading multinational corporation in Dubai is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide legal advice, oversee legal matters, and manage corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience with substantial knowledge of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and regulatory frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director – Legal and contribute significantly to the company's legal strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in Corporate legal teams including 3+ years in an independent legal role.
• Experience of regional or global roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance on organizational matters.
• Manage legal matters related to contracts and compliance.
• Support Director – Legal in developing guidelines and processes.
• Champion the legal interests of IFFCO.
• Liaise with judicial and governmental agencies.
• Manage end-to-end execution of contracts.
