Job summary

AESG, a leading specialist consultancy and advisory firm, is seeking a proactive IT procurement professional to drive global sourcing, vendor governance and budget control across multiple locations in the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

You will negotiate terms, manage licenses, and collaborate with IT, Finance and Operations to ensure compliant procurement and cost efficiency, supporting business growth with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven IT procurement, technology sourcing or related commercial procurement experience.
Strong negotiation, contract and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, SaaS, cloud licensing and subscriptions.
Experience with procurement software, ERP, PO workflows and asset/licence registers.
Excellent analytical, organisational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Identify IT procurement requirements with IT and other departments and plan for growth.
Source and evaluate vendors for hardware, software, SaaS and cloud services.
Negotiate pricing, terms, warranties and renewals to achieve best value.
Maintain supplier governance, track performance and ensure contractual compliance.
Prepare IT procurement budgets, forecast spend and monitor cost savings.
Coordinate renewals and optimise licence allocation across locations.
