Ankura in Dubai invites a Managing Director to join the GIFA practice within Risk Advisory. You will lead complex ICFR engagements, shape delivery, and drive growth with industry experts.

Working with regional and global colleagues, you will mentor teams, build client relationships, and contribute to go-to-market initiatives. Excellent track record in Big 4 or mid-tier and strong report-writing and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Big 4 or mid-tier experience required.
• Proven ICFR engagements leadership in UAE.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of ICFR engagements in the UAE and GCC.
• Review client proposals, presentations and final reports.
• Lead and review teams of internal and external experts.
• Develop new business and expand Ankura's market presence.
• Engage in public speaking, conferences and client meetings.
• Mentor team members to foster high performance.
