- Identify and develop the project brief.
- Define objectives and deliverables for the project.
- Identify stakeholders and ensure their involvement.
- Manage project risks and tender process.
- Oversee the quality of work on construction sites.
- Ensure contract compliance before approval of final accounts.
- Manage multiple projects if required.
