Job summary

Qualifications

Advanced degree in public health or related field.
Postgraduate qualifications in public health (MPH), business administration (MBA), healthcare administration (MHA) or related field preferred.
Certifications in programme management or health systems strengthening are assets.

Responsibilities

Lead MBZFH’s global health systems strengthening portfolio and capabilities.
Develop capacity-building strategies across large grants, workforce development and country-level strengthening.
Define ownership, governance and sustainability pathways for strengthened capabilities at local institutions.
Engage Ministries of Health and senior government stakeholders to align policy with programme delivery.
