Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead global leadership development programs (L1–L3)
• Enhance performance management and succession planning
• Build high-potential (HiPo) and talent-sharing frameworks
• Collaborate with CHRO and Executive Leadership Team to drive HR transformation
• Align talent strategies with overall business goals

Requirements
