Responsibilities

Own and evolve the International Markets compliance strategy aligning with global objectives.
Serve as trusted member of leadership teams and advise on business initiatives and market expansion.
Act as primary compliance contact with regulators and industry bodies across regions.
Embed robust compliance controls in key processes and drive risk-based decision-making.
Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team of 30+ compliance professionals across geographies.
