Job summary

EMIRATES GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (EGA) seeks a strategic privacy leader to develop and govern the Group's data protection framework across multiple jurisdictions, aligning with corporate objectives and supporting growth.

The role leads incident response, privacy risk management, vendor assessments, and cross-functional privacy programs, advising executive leadership and regulators while embedding privacy by design throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, information technology, business or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in data protection (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives the Group's privacy strategy across all entities.
• Leads privacy risk management and response to breaches and regulatory inquiries.
• Establishes governance, data mapping, processing records, and vendor assessments.
