Job summary

Khazna Data Centers seeks a senior project and programme leader to drive end-to-end delivery of international data centre and infrastructure projects from development through commissioning and handover.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, procurement, risks, and stakeholders, using Primavera P6 and Power BI for reporting, with 12+ years’ experience in large-scale data centres or energy projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project and programme delivery experience, including large-scale data centre or energy projects.
• Budgets exceeding USD 100 million and delivery of complex programmes.
• Advanced expertise in CPM scheduling, EVM, and performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and international project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of international data centre and infrastructure projects from development through commissioning, handover and readiness.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, quality, procurement, risks, and stakeholder engagement to achieve objectives.
• Develop and govern integrated Level 1–3 project schedules using Primavera P6 and baselines.
• Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate design, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Review contractor schedules, methodologies, resource plans, and progress for compliance.
• Lead programme controls including earned value management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Support procurement planning, tendering, contract negotiations, and contractor performance management.
• Assess and manage schedule and cost impacts from variations, claims, and changes.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance; support business cases and investments.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to power, permits, environmental approvals, and governance.
