Qualifications

• 5+ years of compliance audit/advisory experience.
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards and procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience from crypto/fintech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple regulatory exams and external audits.
• Prepare for on-site exams for Binance's licensed jurisdictions.
• Provide a standardized exam framework and assist local teams with data requests and presentations.
• Drive key compliance initiatives to completion in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Prepare regular status reports, presentations and documentation for internal review.
