Job summary

EY is seeking a Consultant to join the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team in Dubai, UAE. You will lead complex engagements and play a key role in growing our GCR practice, delivering high-quality tax services to clients across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation or related field.
• MBA or professional qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations and related areas.
• Strong managerial, organizational and project management capabilities.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Qualification And Experience

• A bachelors degree with strong academic credentials in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or any related essential fields.
• MBA, master’s or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent qualification.
• A very strong knowledge and minimum of 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/regulations, developments, etc., ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment. A very strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing, ideally within a large professional services company or similar environment.
• A strong track record of managerial, organizational, and project management experience.

Ideally, you will also

• Have experience of dealing with multinational clients and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. In-depth commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge.
