- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant client servicing or assistant relationship manager experience within the banking and financial industry.
- Fluency in Arabic is a good to have skill.
- Ability to manage time and multitask.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and RM regarding operational requests.
- Assist RM with new account openings and related processes.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely actions on service requirements.
