Job summary
WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team, supporting major transportation, road, utilities, and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The successful candidate will perform geotechnical investigations, analyses, design and technical reporting, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop safe, practical geotechnical solutions.
The role is best suited to candidates with a strong consulting background and experience on large-scale
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical focus.
- 5–10 years of relevant geotechnical experience in infrastructure.
- Experience delivering roads, utilities and major projects.
- Excellent technical report writing and communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform geotechnical investigations for roads and infrastructure projects.
- Interpret ground data and develop geotechnical design recommendations.
- Carry out analyses for foundations, retaining structures, and embankments.
- Prepare design reports, factual reports, specifications and submissions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated designs.
