Job summary

ElevenLabs in the UAE is seeking a passionate and results-driven General Manager - UAE to develop and execute the overall strategy for the UAE. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the UAE strategy and execution, build a world-class culture, and align the Middle East business with the company's goals.

You will lead revenue growth, market analysis, lead generation, and sales pipeline management, while recruiting and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring client and partner

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in tech, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
• Extensive knowledge working in the UAE.
• Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.
• Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the UAE strategy and revenue growth plan.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and assess competition.
• Lead generation and sales pipeline management to convert opportunities.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
• Develop strong client and partner relationships to promote ongoing business.
• Position the ElevenLabs brand effectively in the UAE market.

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven General Manager - UAE who will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the UAE. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the UAE strategy & execution, build a world-class culture, and ensure our Middle East business aligns with and contributes to our overall business strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth Strategy & Targets: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy to meet the company’s goals in the UAE market.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify growth opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
• Lead Generation: Devise strategies to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities and strong conversion rates.
• Client and Partner Relationships: Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to promote ongoing business.
• Brand Positioning: Ensure that the ElevenLabs brand is effectively positioned in the UAE market to attract and retain clients.
• Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales and business development team.
• Performance Management: Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are

• You are passionate about voice and audio AI, with a drive to make content more accessible and push the boundaries of emerging technology.
• 10+ years of experience in tech, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or GM role.
• Extensive knowledge working in the UAE
• Proven track record of owning and growing a regional P&L.
• Strong understanding of AI/SaaS technologies and their commercial applications.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
