Job summary

InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, part of InterContinental Hotels Group, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead the flagship property on Hayat Island. You will drive performance, empower a 300+ strong team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in a luxury resort setting.

Located on Hayat Island, just 45 minutes from Dubai, the resort offers idyllic island living along the sparkling shores of the Arabian Gulf.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned luxury hospitality leader to take ownership of a world-class resort, drive performance, empower a 300+ strong team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
