Job summary

CNTXT AI seeks an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead 200 Health, a Health Tech platform focused on blood testing, biological age analysis, and personalised health insights. You will own strategy, P&L and commercial growth, building partnerships with clinics and laboratories while steering product and operations to scale a data-driven health ecosystem.

You will champion customer value, drive revenue, and recruit a high-performing team, operating in a fast-growing health tech environment.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience at GM/exec level in health tech or healthcare.
• Proven track record of owning P&L and driving performance.
• Strong commercial mindset with revenue and growth focus.
• Experience building partnerships with clinics, labs and healthcare providers.
• Ability to scale a digital health platform and navigate regulatory contexts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, P&L and commercial performance of 200 Health.
• Develop and execute growth and market expansion plans.
• Build scalable operating processes across the customer journey.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and LTV.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clinics, laboratories and other partners.
• Oversee the commercial development of testing, insights and recommendations ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product and technology to improve the digital customer experience.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards across growth, operations, customer experience and finance.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, data privacy and regulatory frameworks.
• Work with founders on strategy, budgets, and long-term development.
