Job summary

Smile by Dr Noura Dental Clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis is seeking an experienced general dentist to join our UK-style private practice starting 1 November 2026. You will provide the full range of general dentistry, build your own patient base from day one and maintain high clinical standards.

You will work closely with hygienists, nurses and reception, ensuring a smooth patient experience, while keeping records per DHA governance and continuing education to maintain your licence and uphold

Qualifications

• Recognised dental qualification with five years' postgraduate experience (UK/EU).
• Eligibility for DHA general dentist licence and current or recent registration.
• Excellent spoken and written English; strong chairside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of general dentistry including exams, diagnosis, restorations, endodontics, extractions and prevention.
• Build and grow your own patient list from day one with clear case presentation.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with DHA and clinic governance.
• Collaborate with hygienists, nurses and reception to ensure a positive patient experience.

We are a well-established, UK-style private dental clinic based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and we are looking to welcome an experienced general dentist to our team, with a start date of 1 November 2026. Our practice is built around the same standards of clinical care, patient communication and professionalism that define good general practice in the UK and Europe, and we are looking for someone who will bring that background and that ethos directly into how they work with our patients from day one.

This is a genuine opportunity for a confident, technically strong general dentist to build a long-term career and a substantial patient base in Dubai, working within a supportive, well-run clinical environment rather than a high-volume, high-turnover setting.

What you will be doing

• Providing the full range of general dentistry, including examinations, diagnosis, restorative work, endodontics, extractions and preventive care, to a consistently high clinical standard.
• Actively building and growing your own patient list from the outset, developing long-term relationships with patients through consistent, high-quality care, clear communication and thoughtful case presentation, rather than relying solely on an existing book of patients.
• Maintaining accurate, complete clinical records in line with DHA and clinic governance requirements.
• Working closely with the wider clinical team, including hygienists, nurses and reception staff, to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
• Keeping your clinical knowledge current through continuing education, and meeting the CME requirements needed to maintain your DHA licence.
• Upholding infection control, patient safety and ethical standards consistent with UK/EU good practice at every stage of treatment.

What we are looking for

• A recognised dental qualification and a minimum of five years' postgraduate general dentistry experience, gained in the UK and/or the EU.
• Current or recent GDC registration (or the equivalent professional registration in your EU country of practice), in good standing.
• Eligibility for a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) general dentist licence.
• Strong all-round clinical and restorative skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and a genuinely warm, consultative chairside manner.
• A proactive, self-starting approach to developing your own caseload and building trust with new patients, alongside the clinical discipline expected of an experienced practitioner.
