Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge of preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose oral health conditions, and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide general dental treatments, including fillings, extractions, scaling, polishing, and preventive dental care.
• Perform restorative procedures, including crowns, bridges, and other dental restorations.
• Conduct root canal treatments and manage common endodontic conditions.
• Diagnose and treat dental infections, cavities, gum diseases, and other oral health concerns.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
• Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic imaging to ensure accurate treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and follow-up plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with dental specialists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and best practices in dentistry.
