Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Abu Dhabi is seeking a diligent cleaner to perform general cleaning and housekeeping across various sites. You will clean floors, walls, washrooms, kitchens, offices and common areas, and ensure hygienic, presentable spaces daily.

Applicants should be physically fit, reliable, and able to follow instructions. UAE experience is a plus, but immediate joining and flexibility for weekends or holidays are valued traits for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cleaner or similar role preferred, freshers also apply.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and chemicals.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties for extended periods.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Hardworking, punctual, reliable and responsible.
• Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and public holidays when required.
• Previous UAE cleaning or facilities management experience an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties at residential, commercial, and other assigned sites.
• Clean and maintain floors, walls, windows, washrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing as required.
• Collect and dispose of waste properly in designated areas.
• Clean and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and materials.
• Follow proper procedures for the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure assigned areas are kept clean, hygienic, and presentable at all times.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, shortages of cleaning materials, or other site concerns to the supervisor.
• Work professionally and respectfully with customers, colleagues, and site personnel.
• Follow company health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Perform any other cleaning-related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
