Job summary

Responsibilities include managing payables/receivables, supporting budgeting, preparing tax returns, and implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Fluency in English and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring timely reporting of financial performance to management.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections to maintain cash flow.
• Support the budgeting process by gathering data and assisting in the preparation of forecasts and variance analyses.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local regulations while optimizing tax liabilities.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
