Job summary

IFF in Dubai seeks a Marketing Associate to join its leading Marketing team. The role centers on uncovering local GCC market insights with emphasis on Saudi Arabia, and creating local experiences with customers through presentations, toolboxes and events.

You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Account Managers and SDMs to translate trends into opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced fragrance market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years of brand, communication and/or retail trade marketing experience in the Beauty and Fine Fragrance Industry.
• Willing to Travel.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (Arabic an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in fine fragrance markets across GCC via market research, desktop and on-ground brand analysis, social listening, trend identification and launches.
• Support account managers by deep diving into clients' brand strategies, portfolios and consumer needs to identify gaps and translate into insights and opportunities.
• Plan and execute engaging customer presentations, events and workshops translating them into business opportunities.
• Create storytelling olfactive descriptions and presentations to present to clients.
• Issue and present newsletters with trends, launches and olfactive directions monthly while updating internal database.
• Track and update new wins.
• Coordinate marketing events, toolbox designs, creation and production.

Job Summary

It s an exciting time to be part of IFF we are looking for a Marketing Associate to become part of our industry-leading Marketing team based out of Dubai UAE The Marketing Associate will be tasked with uncovering and tracking local market insights and trends for the GCC region with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia as well as creating local experiences with customers bringing forward the trends opportunities initiatives via presentations toolboxes and events The person will work very closely with the Marketing Manager Account Managers and SDMs in charge of the region

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an expertise in the fine fragrance markets across the GCC by conducting market research desktop and on the ground brand analysis social media listening influencer and celebrities following trend identification new brands amp launches tracking
• Support the account managers with building strong customer relationships by deep diving into the clients brands strategies portfolio products and consumer needs to proactively identify gaps and needs transforming them into actionable insights and strategic business opportunities
• Plan coordinate organize and execute inspirational and impactful customer engagement presentations events and workshops translating them into business opportunities
• Create creative and compelling storytelling olfactive descriptions concepts and presentations to present to the clients
• Issue amp present newsletters with the latest trends launches and olfactive directions internally and or externally on a monthly basis while continuously updating our internal database
• Track and update our new wins
• Coordinate marketing events toolbox designs creation and production among others

Job Requirements
