Qualifications and prior work: Completed GCC CV and cover-letter samples at relevant career levels; evidence of ATS structure, achievement writing and consent to submit samples.

Initial sourcing and language: UAE plus Pakistan/India remote sourcing; require proven GCC hiring context and English/Arabic writing evidence. These are sourcing priorities, not automatic nationality or residency exclusions. Applicants must demonstrate the relevant market, method, discipline and language expertise rather than merely state it.
