Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to gas turbines generators and associated systems.
• Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and customers.
• Coordinating resources and planning requirements to support LTSA and projects.
• Analyzing operational data and preparing technical documentation.
• Supporting commercial teams with technical input for proposals.
• Managing root cause analysis processes.
• Overseeing outage planning and coordination.
• Traveling to customer sites as needed for technical support.
