Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Gardener to maintain and enhance outdoor areas of a private residence in Abu Dhabi. Daily care includes plants, lawns, trees, and landscaped spaces to keep the garden healthy and visually appealing.

Responsibilities include watering, pruning, mowing, fertilizing, pest control, irrigation care, and assisting with outdoor cleaning. The ideal candidate works independently, respects privacy, and has experience with VIP households.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Gardener for a private villa, estate, or landscaped property.
• Knowledge of plants, trees, lawn care, irrigation systems, and basic landscaping.
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic (advantage).
• Prior experience working with private families or VIP households is preferred.
• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.

• Keep garden tools, equipment, and storage areas clean and in good condition.
• Remove weeds, dry leaves, and garden waste regularly.Support basic outdoor cleaning tasks related to garden areas (paths, patios, outdoor furniture).
• Identify plant diseases or pests and recommend appropriate treatment.
• Coordinate with household staff or management when required for garden-related works.
• Follow family guidelines regarding privacy, safety, and work standards.
