Qualifications

• Fluency in Malayalam is essential.

• Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors under various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of different types of plants suitable for the Abu Dhabi climate.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in their preferred language.
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plants according to the client's preferences.
• Ensure that all plants are properly watered, fertilized, and pruned.
• Monitor plant health and identify any pests or diseases, taking appropriate measures to address them.
• Keep the garden clean and free of debris by regularly mowing lawns, raking leaves, and removing weeds.

• Collaborate with other team members to design new garden layouts or make changes to existing ones.
