Job summary

Aqua in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Gardener to join our on‑site team. This full‑time role involves daily maintenance and upkeep of gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces across managed properties to keep them clean, healthy, and presentable.

You will maintain lawns, plants, trees, and flowers, perform watering, pruning, and fertilizing, remove garden waste, and report irrigation issues. The position requires physical fitness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience as Gardener/ landscaper or similar role in property/facility management.
• Knowledge of plants, gardening, irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate basic gardening tools.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, plants, trees, and landscaped areas.
• Water, prune, trim, plant, and fertilize.
• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and garden waste.
• Ensure outdoor spaces are clean and presentable.
• Identify plant diseases, pests, irrigation problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, plants, trees, flowers, and landscaped areas.
• Perform watering, pruning, trimming, planting, and fertilizing.
• Remove weeds, leaves, branches, and garden waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas and green spaces.
• Identify and report plant diseases, pest issues, and irrigation problems.
• Safely operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.
• Follow property maintenance schedules and instructions from the supervisor.
• Perform other gardening and landscaping duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Gardener, Landscaper, or similar role, preferably in property/facility management. Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, landscaping, and irrigation systems. Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment. Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods. Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices. Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned maintenance tasks on schedule.

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
