Job summary

JobCenter in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled Gardener for a full-time role. Malayalee applicants will be given preference. The gardener will care for client properties, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control across outdoor spaces in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, raking leaves, tool upkeep, and adhering to safety policies. The ideal candidate has prior gardening experience, plant knowledge, and the ability to work independently in

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role.
• Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, flowers and their care requirements.
• Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Planting, pruning and maintaining various plants and trees.
• Watering gardens and outdoor spaces as required.
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides to maintain plant health.
• Conducting regular inspections to identify issues with plants or trees.
• Performing general landscaping tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges and raking leaves.
• Maintaining garden equipment and tools in good condition.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely per company policies.
