Job summary

Caliberly seeks a skilled game designer with a strong mathematics background to shape slot game concepts for the next generation of interactive entertainment in Dubai. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, create precise game specifications, mentor juniors, and help ensure QA standards as we bring innovative games from concept to market.

Candidates with at least 2+ years of experience and a proven track record in slot games are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create slot game specifications and mathematics for new concepts.
• Innovate and conceive new slot games and features for players and customers.
• Partner with software development, audio and art design teams to create leading global content.
• Oversee development of new game concepts with sales and marketing to validate ideas.
• Learn the competitive mobile slot market through hands-on game play research and peer discussions.
• Ensure QA procedures for games are met.
• Mentor junior game designers and mathematicians.
• All other duties as assigned.
