A leading aviation company in the UAE is offering the Future Leader Programme, designed to develop deep aviation knowledge and skills over a 13-month rotational program. Participants will gain exposure to critical airline functions and engage in strategic projects, building strong analytical and communication skills. Candidates must possess a master's degree and 2-3 years of work experience, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a commercial mindset. This program aims to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the company.

The Future Leader Programme is focused on developing deep aviation knowledge and skills as part of a 13-month rotational program within Etihad with a view to prepare individuals for a career in aviation and longer-term opportunities at a senior leadership level.
During the 13-month program you will gain exposure to critical functions across the airline including Finance, Revenue/Commercial, Operations/Network and HR with strong exposure to Etihad’s senior executive team. In addition, they will have access to a personal mentor and career sponsor and expected to leverage these relationships to build their own networks across the business. To ensure individuals are set up for success they will be required to fully participate in the following training during the program: Foundation airline skill and knowledge-building training ie: IATA .Airline operating model training .Data Analytics/Data Visualization training
During the program rotations individuals will be required to meet set objectives by the rotation manager and deliver on these to a high standard. They will also be required to complete an assigned strategic project towards the end of the program and present this to senior leadership. The project scope and deliverables will be agreed with the program executive sponsor and individuals are expected to demonstrate their strategic thinking, business analysis, innovation and business case development capabilities.
