Job Description

• Full‑cycle fundraising: Hunt, pitch, and close high‑net‑worth and institutional commitments (HNI/UHNI, family offices, wealth managers).
• Pipeline architect: Build and nurture a relentless deal‑flow engine—cold outreach, events, referrals, partnerships.
• Market evangelist: Represent the company at industry forums, bespoke dinners, roadshows, and virtual roundtables.
• Investor concierge: Onboard, report, troubleshoot—be the go‑to for LP satisfaction from first close through distributions.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience raising capital for private equity and wealth management platforms, preferably with a focus on hospitality and real estate sectors, and a background in investment banking, asset management, and/or fund distribution is highly desirable.
• Should have demonstrated network of High‑Net‑Worth (HNWI) and Ultra High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (UHNWI).
• Proven ability to close seven‑figure+ tickets, independently driving deals from first outreach to signed subscription.
• Expertise in financial modelling, with a deep understanding of IRR (Internal Rate of Return), equity multiples, and other key investment metrics.
